• Building Certificate with Honours, Sydney Technical College.
• Building Contractor’s Licence No. 8629C

Experience:

• From 1980 employed in the Building and Construction Industry
• Since 1987 Senior Management level construction experience in:

1. commercial construction (incl. high-rise office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, building refurbishments)
2. industrial construction (incl. large warehouses, factories)
3. residential construction (incl. high-rise apartments, town houses),
4. large mining infrastructure incl. Coal-wash and loadout facilities, Jetty caissons
5. public infrastructure (incl. hospitals, a public library, universities, art galleries, sports stadiums, convention centre, schools)
6. commercial infrastructure (incl. concrete recycling plant, motorway, mines, brewery, paper recycling facility, high-rise carpark, mill, sewerage treatment plant)

Formerly Managing Director of:

1. ShoreForm Group – Specialist concrete structures contracting including supply and erection of formwork, fixing steel reinforcement, concrete supply, pumping, placing and finishing principally in large industrial, commercial and residential construction and mining sectors.
2. ABAS Pty Ltd – Design, project management, construction and contract management, project control systems, contract administration.

Prior Experience:

• Project Management and Administration Consultant to head contractors and subcontractors in the Construction Industry.
• Site Management medium and high density residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
